We guarantee that all products purchased by customers from Retina Mattress are warranted according to the manufacturer’s warranty period and conditions.

Warranty procedure:

  • Retina Mattress will send a technician to check the product’s condition at the customer’s home.

  • If the check shows that the product is within the warranty scope, the customer service department will retrieve the product for warranty service at the factory.

  • Retina Mattress will deliver the product back to the customer’s home after warranty service. Customers who purchase products from Retina Mattress, please read the content and conditions of the warranty carefully and keep the Warranty Certificate.
